EUROPEAN ROTORS 2022
EUROPEAN ROTORS - The VTOL Exhibition and Safety Conference is the European event where the entire VTOL community meets and expands its business.
The 2021 premiere was a great success, with more than 160 exhibitors, visitors from 36 nations, over 65 accredited journalists and several world and european premieres, demonstrating the high demand from the industry to meet again in person and reboot after the global pandemic.
The European Helicopter Association (EHA) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) have joined forces to create EUROPEAN ROTORS, an exceptional showcase for the European VTOL industry. Industry, operators and the authorities will come together at the Koelnmesse Convention Centre North, Hall 8, in Cologne, Germany, from November 8-10, 2022, to discuss the future of the industry. EUROPEAN ROTORS is the unique platform for the industry, driven by leading OEMs, to do business and - at the same time - share knowledge in a comprehensive educational program. The show will focus on "Safety", "Innovations", "Future of Vertical Flight", "Business Recovery after COVID-19", "Complementary use of Drones", "Sound Level Reduction" and "Joint Use of Airspace (Air Traffic Management)".
In addition, this year the prestigious EASA Rotorcraft and VTOL Symposium has been integrated into the three-day event, focusing on the latest developments in rotorcraft and VTOLs from a safety perspective. The unique concept of the event is complemented by certified training, best practice seminars and workshops. Another plus is the hybrid nature of the event, as the show is supported by a virtual event that provides additional exhibitor information and digital conferencing - plus a 365 platform for community exchange throughout the year. EUROPEAN ROTORS is continuously supported by a Steering Committee consisting of key EHA Board members representing industry, national associations and EASA. The show aims to empower the entire rotorcraft community to meet the challenges of the future, and it highlights the contribution that VTOL operations make to the European community.
